This system updates far before (some times as much as 2-3 days earlier) Public websites like Realtor.ca which relies on information from this platform. So, if some small private listing company claims that they will list your property on MLS…what they mean is that they will list your property on Realtor.ca, a public website…as they can’t offer properties on main platform of TREB MLS without offering co-operating agents commissions.
